Warranty Services - Parts

  • No Warranty
  • Customer may return consumables within 7 days of purchase for replacement, provided that the original product is still sealed and in totally re-sellable condition. 
  • For products that originally does not come with a seal in it's package (such as some CD disk), we do not provide any warranty or replacement service.
Software
  • 7 Days replacement warranty on defective material
  • Software cannot be replaced with another product if the package has been opened.
  • We does not guarantee the performance and compatibility of any software product. Customer should contact the original software manufacturer for technical support and services
Accessories
  • 7 Days replacement warranty on manufacturing defect
Peripherals & Hardware
  • 7 Days replacement warranty on manufacturing defect
  • One (or more) years of warranty provided by original manufacturer

Terms and Conditions

  1. There is no refund, in any case. 
  2. If there is any manufacturing defect, as identified by SXL, SXL shall provide free-of-charge immediate replacement for the product (except consumables) within 7 days after purchase.
  3. If SXL do not have the replacement product in stock, the customer may choose to replace with another product by paying the price difference, or wait for SXL to get new stock. However, SXL will not provide a refund in either case.
  4. The Customer is responsible to transport the defective product to SXL and pick-up the replacement product. On-site service is available only if the Customer agree to pay at our normal service rate.
  5. Customer must provide a proof of purchase (Invoice or Delivery Note of SXL)
  6. Some products may comes with longer warranty periods (example: some CPU and hard disk have 3 years warranty). However, SXL will provide services for the first year only. After the first year, customer must directly return any defective product to the distributor or manufacturer (terms and condition subject to manufacturer/distributor's warranty card). SXL should have no liability for such kind of claims.
  7. If the defective part is installed in a computer, the customer is responsible to remove the defective part and return it to SXL's office.
  8. SXL may send the defective part to the original manufacturer for repair, this will usually takes one to four weeks. We will notify the customer to pick up after repair
  9. This warranty also subject to our General Warranty Terms & Conditions
