Terms and Conditions
- All SXL Computer
Systems come with a warranty label on top of the computer
main unit. If the warranty number start with
"C", it is eligible for our Class C Warranty
Service
- SXL provide
free-of-charge warranty service on hardware
problems during warranty period.
- On-site service can be
provided at our regular service rate.
- This service cover any hardware related problems.
- This service does NOT cover
software related problems.
- Customer is responsible
to transport the defective equipment to our shop / office
to obtain the service.
- This warranty also subject to our
