Terms and Conditions

  1. All SXL Computer Systems come with a warranty label on top of the computer main unit. If the warranty number start with "A", it is eligible for our Class A Warranty Service
  2. SXL provide free-of-charge on-site warranty service on hardware and pre-loaded software problems during warranty period.
  3. A call-charge may apply if customer require service in sub-urban area, or service outside our normal business hours.
  4. This service cover hardware related problems of the equipment.
  5. This service cover network-related technical problems on pre-loaded software.
  6. This service does NOT cover any problems related to application software (such as word, excel) and user installed software.
  7. Customer shall phone SXL upon requisition of service. Customer should provide the warranty number of equipment and details of the problem.
  8. Telephone support will be provided by default. On-site service will only be provided if identified by SXL as necessary.
  9. This warranty also subject to our General Warranty Terms & Conditions
