Terms and Conditions
- All SXL Computer Systems come with a warranty label on
top of the computer main unit. If the warranty number start with "A", it is
eligible for our Class A Warranty Service
- SXL provide free-of-charge on-site warranty service on
hardware and pre-loaded software problems during warranty period.
- A call-charge may apply if customer require service in
sub-urban area, or service outside our normal business hours.
- This service cover hardware related problems of the equipment.
- This service cover network-related technical problems on
pre-loaded software.
- This service does NOT cover any problems related to application
software (such as word, excel) and user installed software.
- Customer shall phone SXL upon requisition of service. Customer
should provide the warranty number of equipment and details of the problem.
- Telephone support will be provided by default. On-site
service will only be provided if identified by SXL as necessary.
