SXL Remote is a powerful and easy to use program that allow us to remotely control your computer. By installing SXL Remote, we can quickly help you to solve your computer problems.

SXL Remote for Microsoft Windows

  1. Click here to download SXLRemote2.exe for Windows
  2. Save it to your Desktop.
  3. Double-click the SXLRemote2.exe on your Desktop.
  4. If you are warned that SXLRemote2.exe may contains malicious code. Click OK or Accept.
  5. Tell us your 6-digits number.

To exit:

  1. Just close the SXL Remote window.

SXL Remote for Apple Mac OSX

  1. Click here to download SXLRemote2_Mac.dmg for Mac
  2. A virtual disk named SXLRemote2_Mac is mounted on your Desktop.
  3. Open the SXLRemote2_OSX virtual disk if it is not opened automatically.
  4. Open the SXLRemote2_OSX application.
  5. If you are warned “… Are you sure you want to open it?”. Click Open.
  6. DON’T CLICK CONNECT. Tell us your 6-digits number first.
  7. Click Connect.

To exit:

  1. Hold [Command] and Click on SXLRemote icon on your Dock.
  2. Click Quit.
