Per-Call Services

Services for SXL Computers

• All computers purchased from SXL come with Life-time labor-free warranty service. That means, if any hardware component failed after the normal warranty period, you can still bring it to us and we will repair or replace it free-of-labor-charge. If a hardware replacement is necessary, you will only be charged at our regular hardware price. Please call 26440219 for service.

Free PC Check

• Bring in your computer (any brand), we will perform a basic diagnostic and troubleshooting on your problem at totally Free-of-charge
• For small problems, we will usually fix them at no charge, otherwise we will quote a reasonable price on the service. If you decided you don't want to pay for our service, you can take your PC back without paying anything

On-site Services (Per Call)

• For normal on-site maintenance or support work, our charge is currently HK$250 per hour, with a minimum of 1 hour.
• Normal on-site service rate cover areas near any KCR or MTR stations (except Tung Chung, Lo Wu), and during our normal service hours.
• If the service location is in sub-urban areas, such as Tuen Mun, Tung Chung, Sai Kung, Aberdeen, etc. A call charge of HK$250 will be added.
• Our normal service charge does not include any hardware cost.
• Professional services, such as service for network servers or programming works, are quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact us for details.
