SXL provide multi-level of remote and on-site maintenance services for local small and medium sized business. Our engineers are all graduated from universities or technical schools and have years of experiences in end-user support services.

We have extensive knowledge in the areas of Windows, Linux, OSX, Local Area Network, Servers, Internet as well as most commonly used software applications. We are able to quickly solve most (if not all) computer and network problems.

In order to quickly response to customer requests, we deliver our services in multiple ways

Telephone Support

  • Most customer want to talk directly to knowledgeable engineers directly. We provide technical support hot lines, customer call directly to our support department without going through any machine-answered phone systems. For contracted customers, they can even phone our engineer’s mobile phone directly outside our normal business hours.

Remote Control Support

  • We developed our own powerful remote-support software. No matter where you are and what problems you have, as long as you can access to the Internet, we are able to remote control your computer to quickly solve your problems.
  • Our remote control software can go through most firewall, and are very easy to use (basically, all you need to do is to double click the software and then give us a ring). Our technicians will be ready to help you.

On-site Support Service

  • We provide per-call based and contract based maintenance service. If there is any problem that we are not able to solve remotely, our technicians will come to your office to help you.

Contract Based Service

  • For most small business, it may not justify for them to employ a full-time I.T. staff. This is where SXL comes to help. We provide all the above services at a fixed and competitive monthly fee. In addition, we also provide consultancy and recommendations to managements on how to improve their operations efficiency and effectiveness. We also provide routine maintenance services (such as Backups, System Updates, etc) to our contract based customers.
