PCCW requires 2 months prior notification to terminate their circuit. Since most of our customer are using PCCW circuits, so you must also confirm the termination to us 2 months in advance.
If you are switching to another ISP because of a bit lower monthly cost, please think again. SXL services included large email storage, anti-virus, anti-spam, web site, and human-answered technical support. Also, we don't charge extras for over-sized email storage, we don't charge for adding/deleting email accounts, we don't charge other usage fees, etc.
