If you want to add or delete an email account, please ask the authorized person in your company to send an email request to info@sxl.net and specify which email address you want to add or delete.
Some users may want to change the name of their email address. But in the email server's point of view, it is the same as deleting the existing account and then create a new account. All email sent to the old account will be bounced back (because the old account has been deleted).
If you want to change the name of your email address but do not want to lost emails to the old address, please request us to add the new account, and then you can use our web mail system to forward all emails from the old account to the new one.
