Question I got a message that my mailbox is over 90% to the limit, what should I do?

Answer You should immediately download all email from the mail server to avoid service interruption.

If you are using Outlook Express,
- Start Outlook Express
- Click Tools->Accounts
- Double click your email account
- Click "Advanced"
- Uncheck "Leave a copy of messages on server"
- Click OK > Close
- Click "Send/Receive" on the toolbar

If you are using Micosoft Outlook XP,
- Start Microsoft Outlook
- Click Tools -> Email Accounts
- Choose "View or change existing email accounts", then click "Next"
- Double click your email account
- Click "More Settings"
- Click "Advanced"
- Uncheck "Leave a copy of messages on server"
- Click OK > Next > Finish
- Click "Send/Receive" on the toolbar

If you are using Macintosh Mail,
- Open Mail
- Click Mail > Preference
- Click Accounts, Click Advanced
- Check "Remove copy from server after retrieving a message"
- Choose "Right away"
- Click Remove Now
- If asked "Remove copies on server?", answer Yes
- Close the Account window, choose Save Changes
